First implementation report
One year has passed since the re-audit. The first implementation report to berufundfamilie gGmbH confirms the many measures initiated and implemented since the beginning of 2010. The entire document can be found here.
Certificate award ceremony in Berlin
On June 11, 2010, the Federal Minister for Family Affairs presented the OVGU Rector with the certificate for the "family-friendly university" audit.
The target agreement between the OvGU and berufundfamilie GmbH includes objectives and measures for the following fields of action:
- Working hours and work organization
- Information and communication strategy
- Leadership competence
- Personnel development
- Service for families
- Studies and further scientific qualification
